[Leica] Canon D20 price drop

They are probably trying to keep the Canon 20D price competitive against
the new Minolta 7D which was introduced at about the same price as the 20D
and compares very favourably from a technical perspective.  The initial
price of the 7D was high, but is showing signs of dropping.
