You might consider:

http://www.scandinavianphoto.se

You can switch to English in the lower left-hand corner. It works until
you get to the chemicals, but then again, D76 is D76 and Xtol is Xtol, so
...

Misc - products -> Darkroom -> B/W chemicals -> Kodak -> Film och
pappersframkallare.

They deliver to Finland (takes 2-3 days) at a fixed rate of 175 SEK (about
15-20 Euros). It's the same postage no matter how little or how much you
order.
