The Nikon SB800 flash comes with gels that fit on the flash to adjust
the flash color to the ambient light. Yes, I know flash is no good,
and Nikon is OT, but sometimes a bit of fill goes a long way, and a
similar technique could be used with an approved flash :-)

I received the flash last week, and have only shot a few tests -- the
gels do seem to help. It is also very easy to reduce the flash output
so that it acts as fill, and does not kill the pic.
