Steve,
This is one terrific shot.  I think the impact is minimized on a
monitor, on a large print where you can really make out the doctor on
the right edge and the other details fading to black on the periphery it
would be stunning.

Try making an 11X14 and hanging it in your office.  You will receive
quite a few comments.
