Why savage, it is a good catch.  I think that a slightly tighter crop,
keeping the debris in the lower left but cutting out most of the cars
and just a little bit of space to the right elbow would concentrate the
image on the man, while still keeping the urban environment.

Ooookay, so I'm not really sure why or if I should be posting this. Of
course if I didn't, I wouldn't have the excuse to put the titlecaption
on it - and I know that my first rule is no captions. But I saw it; I
shot it; there's something about it that I like.
