Subject: [Leica] IR modification of Canon D60

Saw a photo today in PC Photo of some tulips taken with an 'infrared
modified' Canon D60. Anyone know who modifies these for IR? I assume they
remove the
low-pass filter so the infrared can reach the sensor. I've used my old
D'Image
7 for IR photos for some time because it lacks a low-pass filter but it's a
bitch to focus that thing with a black filter over the lens using its
primitive
electronic viewfinder or the LCD. I currently shoot with my Leica R lenses
and
a Canon D Mark II but I'd love to be able to modify my old D60 to take IR
with Leica glass!
