One minor quibble is the reflection of the leaning arm makes it look like it grows out of the conductor's back. A little disconcerting especially when one is slighttly drugged up. :-) Also, the shirt sleeve is a bit too hot. The warm intreaction between soloist and conductor makes this photo very special and a sure keeper. Too bad I never made it to any of the RSO events. It is even harder to try to do that these days.
