Subject: [Leica] In the lobby

Today I was sitting in the lobby of the Holiday Inn at Rancho Bernardo
waiting for my wife's bus to return from the Santa Rosa Plateau.

In the lobby was a water feature, the kind where water flows down over
a sheet of glass. I watched the light change and knew I wanted to use
it in a photograph.

Jan arrived and obliged me.

Here's the result which is what I wanted. I had wanted something to
smooth out the water flow a bit so it was shot at a relatively low
shutter speed.

1DsMKII with the 24-70L lens. So, alas, no Leica content: if that's
vital don't look.

It was a pleasure to make an image come out as I had visualized it. I
did a few tries at doing it black and white - I think it can work but
I haven't found the settings yet.

Enjoy!

Comments welcome of course.
