Maybe I'm the one that is confused.  Either way at $100 or so extra, that 
narrows the price gap a bit.  Why can't Zeiss supply the hoods as standard 
like Leica does?

I'm confused. I thought that the finders were several hundred dollars extra 
and that the hoods were about $100???
