Something's funny with the $625 listing at Alibris's site.  Pawprints has 
two copies on their own site, one at $500 and the other at $250.  Other 
booksellers are offering the book for various prices, including copies at 
$125 and $312.  The $125 copy is not like new, but it is in excellent 
condition.  Looks like a very inefficient market -- caveat emptor?
