Hi Doug,
Not that I've ever heard of nor seen, pity!

Because apart from stopping the driver and asking them to hand over their 
cell so you can smash it to pieces on the hood of their car. Then drive away 
with a smile on your face and a fine thought of satisfaction in... "Dang I 
liked that, I always wanted to do it!" ;-) A nice feel good feeling!

And if you pull it off fast enough with surprise, you can be down the road a 
few miles before the idiot realizes what happened.;-)

Of course be sure to have your rear licence plate covered! ;-)  But then in 
California I understand some drivers are inclined to do random driver to 
driver shooting, :-(  so it may not be a healthy concept! ;-)
