[Leica] OT: famous female Leica photographers

Here's a "famous Leica female photographer" who has a website to prove the 
quality of her yet to be discovered fully famous work!  Although book 
published, she has yet to reach the visual noterity of the others mentioned.

All the others are known because they've been in the right place at the 
right time and the good fortune of published work during a time when there 
were magazines that used photography.

Today? Well that's another story for photojournalists. Today if they 
couldn't bank roll the publication of their own material we'd probably not 
know who they are.

Sandy Carter.... some of you know her and others have seen the name.
