This definitely falls into the area of OT.  Can you believe someone using a
flea collar on him/herself?  Must be truly miserable....

OTOH, imagine the great business opportunity.. sell flea collars to the US
Army for use in flea infested war zones....   YOu could charge, what,
$89,328 for each 100,000 and come out smelling like a rose....

As opposed to the GI's...... Who smell like ????  anti-flea?


Now Dennis, WHY did you find this tidbit of information?  Do you regularly
read info on man - flea interfaces?
