Sonny,
In some ways a time warp but in others the "money" sign in front
brings it to the modern era.

Not very long ago I took a wrong turn in the delta region of
Mississippi and that was a time warp.  Shotgun shacks in normal states
of disrepair, folks hanging out on the front porches and in the little
bars, no modern life visible at all.
