leicas are the cult and angenieux/leicas are a cult within the cult.

i have an the 70-210 angenieux which works just fine, but i was
wondering does anyone know who can do CLAs and the like with
ange lenses (esp. zooms?)

even the intrepid van stelten won't touch them.  most of the guys
who do ange work do the cine stuff.
