The problem with most lists is that the switch to digital has created a void
of information and discussion on wet processes.  So to get that wet
information, certain lists either have "rules" or sentiment against digital
discussion.

The easy answer is that if you do not like the "rules" or sentiment, or just
plain want to talk digital, don't subscribe to an Analog list.  And
especially don't gripe about it.

For those pondering this issue, and especially LF users, there is another
list called Pure Silver Bits  ( or something like that) that is for the
digital printer/shooter.  They do not allow wet discussion.  The Pure Silver
and the Pure Silver Bits lists are maintained by the same people.  They are
complementary lists.

www.largeformatphotography.info has a fairly active forum, though it
seems to devolve into "DIGITAL ISN'T REAL PHOTOGRAPHY" garbage on
occasion.
