My wife wondered if you had simply (hahahaha) photographed against a
white background or if you had, perhaps, done that and then used
Photoshop to remove everything that isn't cat.

I'm voting for great lighting and a white backdrop but I can argue
this both ways in my mind.

And the truth is......??????
