The LC5 is essentially a point and shoot, though you can do manual  stuff 
with it.  It has immense depth of field.  Nothing over iso 100  is worth 
using, 
even with noise software.  That's mostly it.  
 
It is about three generations back in digital technology; there are better  
choices these days.  I think the Pentax *ist Ds is a huge good value,  
especially since it can use even old pre-set M42 lenses.
