the vaporware practice may become less prevalent (at least where
companies' stocks trade in US exchanges) due to the SEC's "Reg FD."
the release date of an eagerly-awaited and strategically
critical product is material information; leaks, selective 
disclosure, and deception can now be considered SEC violations.
