Truly, I cannot imagine what that is like. We thought we had a hard
time with the storm here in Jackson and we suffered virtually no damage
when compared to NOLA. My neighborhood is still covered with debris
and trees are still down blocking roads in some parts of the city. But
I have power now and running water (have to boil it, but still, running
water all the same). By and large though, things are getting back to
normal around here with the exception that we have a huge number of
residents from the south that are now here in the Miss. coliseum and
other shelters. Gas lines are finally getting to be less than an hour
long. We were very blessed here though. Good luck to you.

Frank Farmer
Jackson, Miss.
