This doesn't do anything for me.  Which is really a surprise because pretty
much every single picture you post makes me jealous of your ability to
capture fantastic landscapes.

The middle tones just don't have enough contrast to me.  Maybe a print would
be different than a monitor, but there just enough enough separation between
the various elements for me.  All the trees and even the water blend
together too much.

Hi Eric,

I shot the narrow boat coming toward me with the sun behind me to the left
and put the camera back in the bag. As I picked up the bag and turned to
head in the same direction as the narrow boat the sun was very bright
through the trees and on the wake in the water so I grabbed the camera and
fired off another shot before the boat got too far away. The result was high
key and more or less in line with the scene that motivated me to shoot it. I
offer this additional information by way of explanation of why I took it and
presented it that way realising that it will not make you like it any more
:-)
