Subject: [Leica] 60E and 67E threads

it's an odd size, but 60E is just a 60mm thread x 0.75 pitch.
B+W and Heliopan both make filters in these sizes, but sometimes you 
have to order them from germany with the requisite waiting time.

in the M lenses, the newer noctilux, 75 lux and old 21 elmarit
use 60Es.
