Subject: [Leica] How are folks handling non-standard matting issues?
From: abridge at gmail.com (Adam Bridge)

I have been working hard to use as much of the frame as I can so I
don't have to crop.

This presents a problem because, as we all know, 35mm is NOT a 5 x 7
or 8 x 10 aspect ratio.

Shooting pictures that I'm giving to family I get a complaint that
they are expensive to frame because they have to be custom matted and
framed.

Are there sources for 35mm aspect-ration friendly mattes and frames?

I guess I'm just grumpy today. I don't want to do the matte cutting
and then have it tossed away because it's not going to fit a standard
frame.

Adam
