It may be unfixable because I broke the first rule of taking pictures to 
stitch together:  I left my R-D1 on auto-exposure and auto white balance, 
shooting JPEG.  It's always better to keep everything with the same 
exposure, and to shoot in RAW so you can give each frame the same white 
balance.
