I think this is the wrong analysis.... The translation is upwards by 2.5mm.
Not an angular displacement, but a "lateral" one.  Therefore, the effect is
also "lateral".  This assumes you keep the axis of the optical path the
same...

Think of this.... If you point your camera at something, then move a foot
downwards ( keeping the lens parallel to it s first line of view), then the
effect is also a foot displacement in the VF and the negative.....

That 2.5mm at the negative will translate into quite a bit more at the
subject's location.  I think that, with a sketch of the rays connecting the
subject to the image on the film, one could work out a correction to the
paralax settings on the Imarect finder that would take into account the
change in elevation of the finder above the lens axis.
