Sounds like a good idea. I guess you'd need a publisher with a foot in both 
camps, though can't think of who would do both and go for DVD as well. What 
does 
your present publisher think? or haven't you asked them yet.

Needless to say, I'll buy one , signed, of course - unless that is you're 
feeling generous!!
