Hi Dick,
I feel 20a, the vertical, works much better from composition as well being a 
tad more to the "shadow side" which adds a bit more depth and form to the 
tower.

The horizontal only requires a helicopter to lift you about 20-25 feet in 
the air and slightly around to the shadow side and it'll make an interesting 
photograph. :-)

See how easy it is to find better shooting angles? ;-)
