Rev., if you want books on how to take pictures, here's a few older ones
that you have to hunt for:
1. "Total Picture Control," by Andreas Feininger, who says it "not a
textbook for the beginner..." Chilton Book Company, Philadelphia, New
York,
London...1970

2. "The Fine 35mm Portrait,'' by Jack Manning, Amphoto , Garden City, N.Y.,
1978, retired photographer for The New York Times and long-time Leica user.

3. "Master Photographers," "the World's Great Photographers on their Art
and
Technique"Crown Publishers, 1983, short comments & photos by Ansel Adams,
Eve Arnold, Horst, David Bailey, Bill Brandt, Harry Callahan, Dahl Wolf,
Ralph
Gibson & others...

4. "The Leica in Professional Practice," by H. St?ckler, Fountain Press,
London, 1954.

regards, bob cole
