p.s.  And what the others said about reloading between chapters.  I'd look
into creating a single quicktime movie or a realvideo or something like that
which starts buffering, and then keeping downloading as you watching/listen
to the presentation, instead of downloading everything, and then having to
pause in between.

And I hope you don't take my comments the wrong way...  The way you've
presented this really does work as a documentary.
