I bought a camera accessory and it's worth $38,000 USD. Is it portable? Well, yes. Is it attractive? Yep, to the right kind of thief, I guess it is. What's that? You wont insure it and you're canceling our existing policy as of this moment? What am I supposed to do now?" Don't laugh. :-) I've had a conversation just like this with Australia's biggest domestic insurer.
