I don't think that low wages at Wal-Mart have anything to do with the 
internet. Wal-Mart's strategy has always been low costs and low prices, 
long before the WWW existed.

Ironically, Wal-Mart is probably the most technologically savvy retailer 
in the world, a big part of the explanation for their success.
