It is not technologically possible for an attachment to make it through the 
LUG mailer.
BUT:
   1) Some mail systems, most notoriously Outlook, incorrectly flag as 
attachments some things that are not attachments.
   2) It is not uncommon for virus scanners to add to the end of a message 
an attachment notifying you of some action that it has taken. This is silly, 
but it happens.
