The IIf does not have slow speeds below 1/30th.(1/30-1/1000th + B) In
place of a slow speed gear escapement mechanism it uses a enertia retard
for the 1/30th shutter speed. All other speeds are governed in the usual
way of the screwmount Leicas. This enertia retard mechanism is located
in the same place as the slow speed gear escapement mechanism would
normally be in the case of versions with slow speeds below 1/30th.
