Bruce,

The ghost town is called Marysville it is just 20 miles or so north west of 
Helena, Montana. Nice country, so some people are now moving back into the 
area.

In this part of the world most old buildings are constructed of wood. This, 
in combination with cold winters, hot summers and wind takes a severe toll 
on the old ghost towns, farm houses, etc.
