...except you're outside and the sun shines brightly, which is the case in 
at least a third of my shots. Then it's just a pain. I have given up to take 
my ixus with me because of that (and the fact the newly bought canon accu 
holds for 40 non-flashed shots only). And adding such a device like 
http://camerabellows.com/Digital.html makes it rather impractical to slip it 
easily in your pocket.
