Nowhere does it say Leica is supplying lenses to Panasonic.  What we can see
is that Leica's name ( Brand) is on the front of the Panasonic lens.

I do agree on the second point.

Panasonic is an excellent way to achieve that and to get a foothold in
the corner of the digital imaging field beyond the DMR.

I see this
partnership as a win-win for both parties.
