Well, I can give you 50% good news, at least. Check the 
'News' page of the following site:

Silverprint is one of the most reputable suppliers of 
photographic materials in the UK. I don't think they would 
claim this unless they had pretty good evidence. Rodinal - 
and Neutol-WA, another of my favourites - is back.

I can't give you such good news about APX100, but personally 
I never established the relationship with this film that I 
did with its predecessor, Agfapan 100. There are some 
wonderful modern emulsions at that speed point - Acros and 
Delta 100 help those Leica lenses to really sing!
