In large part, I agree.  I've spent a fair amount of time in the 
Princeton/Lawrenceville area and it is quite lovely. Unfortunately, it 
is now also largely breath-takingly expensive from the perspective of 
those of us in 'fly-over land'.

I did not mean to malign New Jersey.
