Jon,
You gotta love the LUG.  Your URL brought up a site selling collectors
editions starting at $2500.  Yes, there were some not such good condition
books at only $145.  It is so much fun to complain about the high price of
cameras, but $145 for a book to read?  But that continues our fascination
with single malt scotches, hand built chronographs, and occasionally hand
built cameras from Germany.  :)
