slightly OT:

i hear they have remade the Omen. the original with gregory peck
and lee remick was on TCM the other day, and i noticed that jennings
the photographer (played by david warner) was using a chrome m4 to
make the first two death photos, the first of the hanged nanny, and
the second of the impaled priest. to be honest, i can't tell from the
video for certain if it was an m3, m2, or m4, but assume from the time
the film was made (1976) that it was relatively contemporary.

so next time you are in the darkroom and as your prints are coming
up, you notice strange markings around your subject, you'll know how
to interpret it.
