"Maauuuuvolousssssssssssss! Just bloody "Maauuuuvolousssssssssssss!" :-)

You da man Doug. when it comes to this kind of photography no question!

If Leica had any brains about marketing the DMR with the camera they'd have
you signed under a nice financial contract to produce a whole series of
pictures of those beautiful wildlife images you do.

After all they must have blown a huge amount of money on that dumb ass
series of "celebrities" and their hands. What one must wonder is... "how
much was spent for the hands" compared to sales it promoted? And did they
get a great return in sales of equipment for the ad money investment?

Now's the time for them to use a real shooter working the DMR who produces
absolutely magical images with the Leica DMR digital entry gear.

Your wonderful reaction time to the action while using manual focus is
amazing! That's another battle for Leica against the competition, lack of
"Auto focus!"

If they were bright enough to build an ad campaign around your beautiful....
"manual focus" photography they could show manual sharpness and beautiful
photographs aren't the realm of the "AUTO FOCUS" only people!

However, as usual for them, when they do something it'll once again be some
dumb ass stupid campaign built around someone they think is great because
they happen to be a celebrity! Shame.:-(

WHY? Because your photography is so far a head of wildlife photography we
see, certainly way beyond what Leica consider icons of the profession or as
amateurs would produce! Just don't hold yer breathe old buddy! ;-)
