Probably the same way as locusts - heavy iron frying pan with a little 
oil, or deep fried - At the EXPO 2000 here in Hannover there were all 
sorts of delicacies
to be had - locusts, fried mealworms, chocolate coated ants, snake,  
crocodile, giant African snails - and Macdonalds  were there too ;-)
