Most of the geometric examples in the film weren't available to me on the web. What struck me was the use of diagnonals in framing many of his shots. I have to admit that I don't have an MFA sort of background. This is just a hobby for me. The picture of Sartre on the bridge, for example -- shouldn't the main diagonal line go from the upper left corner to the lower right, and the secondary line branch off that to go to the right of that line, by Sartre's face and through the other man's face?
