Ah, well, I have an ancient Hallicrafter radio (tubes) that dates to
the 40s. Somewhere. But I need something a bit more portable. I used
to have a WWII aircraft radio and an old DARE aircraft radio (12 v)
that was really good but those never made it out of my mother's house
when she died.

Collins made some great aircraft equipment that probably is still around.

But the last thing I need in my life right now is Something To Fool
Around with. I need Just Works Great.
