Thanks. Pench is near Nagpur, bang in the centre of India. These are 
teak forests, and teak trees grow a distance away from each other, so 
the wildlife reserves of this area (Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Tadoba, Panna, 
Pench to name a few) are famous for viewing tigers. That makes them 
great for photography, too. Jim Corbett's beat was Naini Tal, north of 
Delhi, and that area has one on India's largest national parks named 
after him - Corbett National Park. The animals are pretty much common, 
except that Pench has no elephants and crocodiles, and Corbett has tons 
of them.
