Just a few thoughts, and not forgetting that this is a job for  
somebody with the stamina of a giant

It is to bad Leica would not support it as it promoted the use of their 
product.  The photography is top notch , which is another of their selling 
points.  
Don't give up, I hope that at the minimum  book comes out of this effort you 
and the team worked hard on.
