some do hijack the account, some sell fakes or stolen items, and some just
take the cash. Last year I found a dealer selling hundreds of fakes of swiss
luxury watches "without bidding" for $100 to $300. I reported it to ebay and
2 hrs later the seller was excluded. 6 hrs later the same auctions, under a
new seller name, were online again...
