Outlawing religion will never fly...Man is a creature that constantly seeks 
something to worship...he would create new gods to fit his own 
epistemology...John Calvin expressed similar thoughts in the first book of 
his Institutes...
As a Christian however I would not be opposed to "gagging" or removing the 
Non-Profit status of the Robertson's, Falwells, Dobsons, Crouche's, Hinns or 
any  other Televangelists....
