Subject: [Leica] Leica Technical Question--M7

A friend at The Camera Shop just rec'd an M7 back from service in Leica
Germany.  However, it does not fire, nor does it advance.  The frame counter
reads three before 0, which I assume is where it should be.

We tried it at 1/60 and 1/125 without batteries.  Nada.
Same with the release lock on and with it off.  Nada.

All suggestions cheerfully accepted.
