I second that--sold Robert his lens.  My transparencies were great (but I
didn't use the focal length enough to warrant keeping the lens.)

I have the lens and use it with my M6TTL.  I have used it extensively in the

past year and like it very much.  Previously, I had a third version 28mm 
Elmarit and when I compared the images, I could not tell the difference so I

sold it.  I believe there are some websites (maybe Tom Abramsson's or Steve 
Gandy @ Cameraquest) that have analyzed the performance of the CV 28mm and 
they have basically concluded that it produces images comparable to the 
current version Leica 28 Elmarit and the 28 Summicron.  For the difference 
in money...if you want 28mm, it's a great performer at a great price.
